Chapter 1

Introduction

Simon

Hello and welcome to the very first episode of our WeSendit podcast. We are absolutely thrilled to be starting this project with you.

Anna

Thrilled is right! I have already spent countless hours over the last few weeks on the new project of our future CEO Reto. Now we would like to take the opportunity to keep you up to date with interesting insights and exciting updates.

Simon

Ehm, maybe we should start by introducing ourselves first—don’t you think?

Anna

Oh! Definitely, that would make a lot of sense for our listeners. Why don’t I go first? So, I’m Anna—some people also call me Ann—and I’m an economist working in digital transformation and blockchain consulting. I’ve been part of this wonderful WeSendit journey since, well, basically right from its Web3 beginnings. That’s me in a nutshell!

Simon

WOW, so over three years now! That’s impressive, Anna. I’ve seen in the records that you’ve been super active and always bring such great insights.

Anna

Thanks, Simon. And now it’s your turn to give our listeners your intro!

Simon

Right, so, I’m Simon. I’ve also been with WeSendit for over three years, and I’m just incredibly passionate about technology. Oh, and podcasting! I really enjoy explaining complex ideas in ways that everyone can understand—and having fun with it along the way.

Anna

I can imagine that, the way I got to know you - you can talk really well and a lot. You make every tech talk more accessible, even for people without a technical background. I'll try to rein you in a bit so that the podcasts don't go on too long.

Simon

Hehe, point taken, Anna. I’ll try my best to keep it snappy. But now that you know a little bit about us...

Anna

... we can move on to the aims of this podcast.

Simon

Anna, hold on, one important thing first: neither of us is a real person, our voices are generated, that means created with AI, and our characters and stories were created by the marketing team. As a technology company, WeSendit is at the cutting edge, just like our application and ecosystem. You can find more information on our website. So, now for some context.

Chapter 2

Introduction to WeSendit's New Podcast

Simon

...we should probably dive into why we’re doing this podcast in the first place, don’t you think? There’s so much we’re excited to share with you!

Anna

Yes, right... It’s really about bridging the gap and keeping the community in the loop with all those juicy updates and innovations happening behind the scenes here.

Simon

We want this to be a platform where our listeners can easily stay up-to-date—not just about product updates, but also industry trends and topics that matter across the digital space. And since not everyone likes to scroll through blogs, having a podcast makes it all a bit more accessible.

Anna

I mean, let’s be real—a podcast is definitely easier to listen to while, like, walking the dog or doing dishes than reading another long post.

Simon

So, for now, we’re aiming for two episodes a month. We think it’s manageable for us and digestible for you. And, for those who prefer reading, every episode will also be made into a blog post on our website.

Anna

That's amazing — meeting everyone where they’re most comfortable. But, where exactly can our listeners tune in?

Simon

Great question! The podcast will be available on Spotify, Apple Podcasts, YouTube (previously Google Podcasts), and directly on our website wesendit.io. So, really, no excuses to miss any episodes!

Anna

No way to miss an episode, you got it. Honestly, Simon, this reminds me of how everything started with Web3—those early days were such a game-changer.

Simon

Oh, for sure! And you’ve been here since the beginning, experiencing it all firsthand. What was that like for you?

Anna

Intense, to put it mildly! But also incredibly exciting. I was—and still am—fascinated by blockchain technology and how it’s revolutionizing data storage. WeSendit recognized its potential really early, and we were able to move from just being a service provider to actively driving innovation in the space.

Simon

That’s evolution, honestly! And it lines up so well with why this podcast exists. We want the community to feel that they’re part of this journey from Web2 to Web3.

Anna

And what’s cool is how personal a podcast can make everything feel...like a two-way connection, even though, technically, we’re the only ones talking for now.

Simon

Definitely. And speaking of connections, that leads us nicely to something else that’s really important to us—transparency.

Chapter 3

Community Engagement and Transparency

Simon

Like I mentioned, transparency really is at the heart of what we’re doing here. It’s one of the main reasons this podcast exists—to give our community a clear view of not just what we’re working on, but also why we’re making these decisions.

Anna

And that kind of transparency isn’t something you see every day, especially in this industry. Remember that community event we held, like, two years ago? I think it really opened our eyes to how curious and, honestly, passionate people are about what goes on behind the scenes.

Simon

Oh yeah, that was eye-opening, for sure. It was a wake-up call to provide more regular updates and more in-depth insights. And that’s, I guess, where the idea for this podcast started to take shape, right?

Anna

Agree, Simon. I still remember all those questions we got—everything from upcoming features to long-term plans. It was wild, but it really showed us how invested the community is.

Simon

And that feedback loop is so valuable. It's something we want to nurture even more now, whether it's through this podcast or other channels. But Anna, what’s the best way for our listeners to reach out or get involved?

Anna

Of course I have them. For example, you can write in the Telegram group, submit questions by email, use the support portal or contact us on social media. We have made sure that there is no lack of contact options. But to be honest, it would also be exciting to include a Q&A section in the podcast in the future, don't you think?

Simon

Do you mean similar to the Q&A sessions that we have already organized online, simply at podcast level? That would certainly be conceivable. I think that would not only encourage listeners to get more involved, but also enable really interesting discussions.

Anna

I'll bring this up with the marketing team. And when I consider how passionately the community often discusses it, it could be really exciting.

Simon

Absolutely. Above all, we want our listeners to know that their feedback is really taken seriously. It's not just a one-way street-we listen and try to improve the platform for the benefit of the users.

Chapter 4

Industry Trends and Company Updates

Simon

Building on what we discussed about community engagement and transparency, these are the same principles that shape how we look at broader industry trends and what’s happening at WeSendit. Anna, you’ve always had a knack for spotting the important details. What’s been standing out to you lately in the industry landscape?

Anna

FINALLY, I can unfold. So, there are a few things that have caught my attention. One of the most interesting trends is the increasing use of decentralized data platforms. Many companies are now realizing that they can not only work more securely, but also more sustainably if they rely on such technologies. In my opinion, the decentralized storage of data is really not yet on the radar of large companies.

Simon

I'm curious about that too. What's the situation with WeSendit, do you already have an update? Maybe even what the next podcast will be?

Anna

I don't know if I can give too much away yet. I can certainly mention one thing: There is a new partnership coming up and a cool feature will be released on the platform that all SMEs will love.

Simon

Okay, I wasn't expecting that. I'm looking forward to this news. I'm sure we'll be able to analyze it in more detail in a podcast and share it with the community.

Anna

In any case, we will do that.

Simon

So that's it for the first episode, right?

Anna

Yes, that was it. It was really fun recording this first episode with you, Simon. Thanks for being there, I'm looking forward to working with you.

Simon

Absolutely, Anna. And I'm already looking forward to the next shot! But that's it from us for today. Thanks to everyone who was there.

Anna

And don't forget to subscribe so you never miss an episode. See you next time!

Simon

Bye for now, see you soon!
